Building Inclusive Teams: Letting Go of Unconscious Bias

This session will help you recognize and acknowledge your own biases so that you can identify them when

making decisions and prevent yourself from making choices based on a biased viewpoint.

We will discuss some of the most common forms that a bias takes. You’ll learn to recognize the negative

effects of bias, as well as the benefits to be realized by uncovering your own biases.
